The initial situation
The employee survey clearly showed that more staff development and better communication were needed. Spcialists and potential junior managers in particular wanted programmes that would provide them with targeted support in their everyday working lives. Established managers also expressed a need for basic leadership skills such as communication, self-management and conflict resolution.

Development of a modular personnel development concept to strengthen key skills and promote employee retention.
My approach
Development of a training series
Design of modular workshop units with a high degree of practical and industry relevance
Combination of online and face-to-face formats to minimise travel expenses
Integration of specific case studies and work contexts of the company and the participants
Ongoing evaluation and further development with HR based on participant feedback
The result
- Introduction of a training brand, now also used for other topics
- Establishment of a continuous training series with measurably high participant satisfaction
- Development of a ‘Leadership Edition’ for the specific wishes and challenges of managers
- Strengthening of the learning culture and targeted competence development within the company
